I'll do a full write up with photos and video (time lapse + editing) when I do it so that other folk can follow an easy path.

when i did mine i lowered the suframe unbolted the rack fitted new one took about 3 hours to get car with pas. i would never take engine out to do this job!!!

^^ good for you, but if he's planning on putting a new gearbox in and painting the block it kinda makes sense.
