Mk5's much easier to change pal, 10 mins max. I put some philips ones in mine can't remember the model, supposed to be up to 80% brighter, theres a deffinate improvement.

Thanks Gaz, gonna give it a go as i changed them on my Leon, used the osram silverstars and a def improvement.
so thats part of sunday morn taken care of lol.

i just swapped the candles that were in my new espace to halfords super brilliance, wow what a difference i can now see at night,took them to my local renault dealer to ask advice on fittment the kind chap even offered to fit them,big mistake he dropped the retaining clip then spent the next hour stripping down the front to find the clip then out came the head lights i swear they built the car around them. the cost £20 tip
xenons in the gti but if they go there not under warranty

yep i took up Halfrauds buy one get one free and bought the super brilliance and fitted them in no time, you can tell the diff just by looking at them.£22 well spent.

I went for the Philips X-treme power which are supposed to increase light by upto 80%. Deffinetly worth it and takes 5 mins to change

I bought the Philips X-treme power ones, I normally steer well clear of anything with X-treme in the title but they are fecking bright. I looked at some PIAA ones but they were like £75. Had some Ultra Xenon filled ones in the colour was great but the brightness was sh!te so I swapped them for the Philips ones
