I'm gettin my gearbox rebuilt for £150 in Belfast!  Hopefully picking up another gearbox for £100 from a scrappy that ive been told about over here, gonna have it lyin as a spare just in case, might even strip it and rebuild over time.

i got a recon box for 220 quid delivered to my door with a 2 year warrenty

Where from? thats a bargain, cheepest ive had is £400 1 year warrenty
pinion bearing has gone on mine, this will be the second box in 2 years!
first one jumped out of reverse, same old!

thats a crazy price please give some more info on where you are getting this from!
