if you want it to look a bit more OEM then get the mk3 oil cooler, has an extra space for the third sender so no need for a T-Piece... looks that little bit better imo.

im just about ready to fit my guages too this weekend. although i went for a mechanical oil pressure guage for 2 reasons.........

more reliable.
easier to get the parts for because you dont have to find the audi dual sender.

if you get stuck or need an answer asap on any problems you face while installing your guages give me a call or text on 07969958967

about to do this in mine (mk1 gti)

wondered about the t-piece, is this so that you can have oil pressure warning light on maf AND oil pressure read out, and the thrid sensor is the oil temp for vdo?

and i heard you can run something off an oil cooler... well my mk1 gti has an oil cooler.... so i presume i can run it off there????? very very very confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
