Wing Mirror Help Please

So I'm buying these http://www.body-kit.co.uk/acatalog/m3_style_door_mirrors.html

(the electric ones) for my Golf GTI Mk3 (P reg) and need to know whether to get the 3 or 4 wire ones??

Think its 3.. M3 mirrors are abit dated IMO though!

My current ones are black colour coded original spec, but the previous owner has grazed the paint on the offside at some point and the nearside glass is cracked. I'm getting some sportier skirts so thought I'd go for sportier wing mirrors too..? Is that not cool? 

I'm new to all this modification stuff. And female, so can get away with it looking a bit pansy.

Quite like the DTM cup style ones. Definitely none of the ones with indicators on, they're gash.

Its just really dated styling nowwer days, I would personaly buy some original mirrors but if your really wanting to go down the "sporty" look go for the DTM style as said!

as has been said... dated.. mind you... if you want your car to start looking like a nova or a saxo then this is an excellent starting point...

They look good so long as you keep it all subtle.. It pays to be different, would be borin if we all did the same, just none of us like the thouhgt of a spoilt Golf! Where you from by the way Bear you look familiar

beat mirrors for a mk3 are whats referred to as mk3.5 (as fitted to the cabrio after 98 with the mk3 shell and mk4 front)... nice and o.e direct fit but nicer looking
