this might sound stupid but why is there an ariel on the roof? mine dosnt have one on the roof??

VW decided that it was cheaper to start doing the roof aerials again. They used the excuse that the internal aerial didn't get as good a reception . My MKV GTTDI had an internal aerial and it was fine

Ahhh yes very tru Hurdy! My insurance company insists that mine is parked in my gararge which i have started doing.. Something to do with my area being popular for car theft and breakins! But now im used to it, its great!! Its always nice and warm in there in the mornings.. and I dont have to go through my front door to get inside anymore, so less chance of me getting jacked

I know,
Especially nice in winter when it's frosty outside

I can go straight into the garage from the kitchen, get into the car, press the automatic up and over door and off I go. Best mod I ever did to the garage
