my mk2 gti looked a bit tired when i bought it but my friend told me to go round his so he could clean it up properly for me.
Have to say im amazed, the car looks fantastic considering its orignal paint. Basically cleaned it and waxed it with meguiars and auto glym the first time then
two weeks later we did it again.
The clay bars are fantastic. The best part was when we used Dodo Juice. Oh my god. I couldnt belive it. That stuff is amazing i highly recommend it, iv been more of a 'ratlook' person (ie to lazy to spend the time cleaning) but now im a changed man. The results are fantastic, well worth the money !
