misfire and very cold engine

wots going on??
static timing seems ok, ignition timing is ok i think, yet still got a popping out of the exhaust? anyone got ne ideas??
also the temp very rarly rises past the white on the gauge, over cooling i think, again ne ideas and wot causes this??

change the thermostat.
follow the bottom radiator hoses back to the bottom of the water pump, thats where the thermostat is.

all this damp weather causes bad running my cars been running ace despite the plugs rotor and dissy are worn.......... its only because its been dry..
