mk2 good engine tuners?

ive got my engine out of my mk2 gti 16v, anyone know of top places to get it lightend, balance etc?

based south east uk! north west london

Hey dude i live just west of london and i use A.V.I.T. in Slough or TSR in Bridgwater via mail-currier.
