That is the good thing about having the Dynamat put in - it keeps the sound INSIDE the car where it belongs 
Turned up at the dealer yesterday and they are going to fit foam inside the doors to try and reduce the vibrations from the door cards. I'm going to hold my breath and wait for the results. I doubt it will be Dynamat, but if it doesn't work I'll be on their case again.
