No power to fog light??

I have aleady had it swapped, thanx anyway Blue Mk2, i just can't seem to get power to the drivers side 1

even though you can put the unit on the batt & it lights up & with a curcuit tester when the full beam is on there is power going through the wire?

daylight will help me fix this (I HOPE)
