I see its advertised as a 130 and if the boot sticker says '96' then it will be. It does have climate control which does have air conditioning, mine has manual a/c which just has a switch on the dash marked a/c next to the recirculate button.

I notice it doesn't have the 3 spoke leather wheel that UK spec GT TDis have.

I thought the steering wheel looked the same? 
the alloy wheel's look different  shame it dont have a cd multi changer, and center arm rest 
As it's done 82k that sound's like its due a service? is that right? 
So tempted but not at that price.

Oh you got your motor from auto base? did they give you a good deal? how much did you get them to knock off the price?
I still aint decided what to do.lol  if they'll come down on the price then i may do a deal, shame it aint got all the bits a uk spec would have.

Hi Dubbz sorry for the delay in reply work and all that. no not a good deal really only give me £2000 for my y 2001 plate vectra 150 only done 40000. but the centre consol in the golf had nail varnish on it and the ash tray was full of the stuff women i ask you so knocked £200 off the price mind cost me £100 to put right.
ps the steering wheel on that is the same one as mine and thats the right one for that model. flash the cash in his face he might change is mind on the price.

Just had another look at the dealers website, I looked at the blue Golf they had (even though you said it was silver ) So correction, it does have the correct steering wheel.

Alloys are wrong though, they are from an earlier Golf, they are Montreal 1's up to around 2000/2001. Look good though. Standard spec for a TDI 130 of this age would be Avus 2's 15", which are not so nice.

Well he rang me back yesterday and said the car owes them 7700, offered me 500 for my Mk2 golf 1.8 driver 103k on the clock  so taking it to 7200 still to much i reckon!! So i said 6900 as it dont have full vwfsh.  sounded like every other service was at VW.
He never got back to me as of today 
7000 'g' sounds alot to me, unless he gives 12 month warranty 12 month tax and 12 month mot the we may do a deal 
How far are you from them L8? i'm nearly 100miles from them one way
