Veedubs have done a bit of work on a few of our cars and never been any problems. Always a quality job in my experience.

What gets me is they kept trading so their business didnt suffer!

And how come some satisfied customers and this guy got nothing?

the thing with places like this is its not that they necessarily do bad work, and judging by the fact they're still in business shows they are competant on some level but my measure of how trustworthy/reliable a company is, is how they deal with problems like this. in this case they dealt with it very badly!

Oh yeah they did that all right, they played the system well and to their advantage.
At some time I guess there was some middle ground and maybe it could have been settled but each side dug their heels in and that was that!
Still feel sorry for the guy though.
