V6 or 1.8t?
« on: 01 November 2006, 22:30 »
I'm wanting to buy a mk 4 for everyday driving while my mk 2 is being rebuilt, I live in France and am going to be doing a lot of driving to the alps for the boarding season, so was wanting a 4 motion, is there a 1.8t 4 motion?

the V6 is the other option, what would you reccomend??

also is there many tuning options for the v6?

Do they not do a diesel 4motion?  If your doing a lot of driving, that might be the way to go.  Still highly tunable...

like "MARTYN" says A3 TDI Sport Quattro which has a 130 BHP Tdi lump, i'm not sure if its the same lump as the Golf GT TDI 130 but the Quattro means a quicker 0-60 but you do get less mpg
