Air-cooled - yes good knowledge of those around here too!
I have a fondness for them and actually had one as a company car once!
1302S in 1976!

So anyway, tell us a little about ya, where are you based? how old are you? how long you been into Vdubs?

Theres a club meet on sat 28th/sun 29th of this month in leicester. If its not too far from you then get up there and meet a few of us in person....

How come it's over two days?
As for me...well, I'm in Lincs, just outside of Peterborough and I've had the beetle for 6 years. I've always loved vw's (for as long as I can remember!) and had a couple of mk2's.

Where are you guys based? Are you all over the UK or are you mainly mids based if you're having a meet in Leicester??
