Yep thats what i mean. Some of the geezer say its a 1 hour job for a engine in and out. Us people who have done it know its not, not saying i'm the best but when you done the job yourself you know that you can't do major repairs in an hour. It just doesn't work like that!

Some geezer said he done a gearbox in 3/4 of an hour and it was his first time! yeah alright mate and pigs will fly  ::)

Managed to change a gearbox and do an engine swap in an hour on my Monster truck

So its a petrol powered model, but i worked in a really small room! - does that count?
I don't own this anymore - I just can't be arsed to change the picture

Just had a look around Club gti, there is the usual good posts and then the bollok#. You need to take each post on its own and take from it what you will. Golf vr6 clutch in 1.5 hrs, the guy must be earning a fortune ;).
Wonder what the average age of the posters is ??? (16) ;).
