Sadly everyone will notice the car, including the Traffic Police. The owner loved his motor BUT:

Drive this Golf in your normal style, and you will be stopped all of the time. Drive reasonaby quick and you will loose your licence in 12 months.

Spend your money on tyres, under the bonnet, and any disceet suspension mods. You enjoy the performance, and you don't get noticed !

* soulman_uk nods in agressment with ivor and New Duncan,

All down to taste I guess, and lack of it in some cases.

Personally I like to keep everything pretty low profile ( not talking tyres here) cant see the need to attract any unescesary attraction from police, theifs, and vandals.

pah ... I miss the days of driving a bangers and not giving a sh!t if someone looked at it funny and raised code red and put the electric fences up and get the bollock stun gun ready *cough* ... /me puts beer down

That car is a hound, would never buy that.

Bet it is slower than a 1.8 non turbo.. guy has spent all his money making it look good....

I would rather have more power and keep the car looking standard, well apart from the wheels
