relay & fuse clip to the top of the fusebox, to wire it in you'll need to run a live, ignition live & earth to your fusebox somewhere.  Earth is easy, just run it to the earth claw.
If you have an early MK2 (hazard on dash) there are 2 groups of spade connectors on the back of the fusebox at either side, 1 live the other ignition live, so thats dead easy.
If its a late MK2 plug the live feed into plug Y pin 2, but the ignition live is a bit more tricky, the correct location is plug D pin 9 see:

Edit: In both cases the live feed should be fused, the stock setup uses a special thermal fuse.

In theory they should come with the loom.  If the motors are in good nick you can actually wire it up without one, my kit was like that for nearly a year before I got a proper fuse & relay holder from a scrapped MK3!

Edit: The relay you need is any bog std switched relay, e.g. the type used for fog lights, headlight upgrade looms etc.
Wired up like so:
30 - permanent live (30amp or thermal fuse)
86 - to electric window loom
87 - ignition live
85 - ground
