Dizzy did u pull the dash out of a mk3 that has an adjustable steering wheel? If so will it be easy to install this?

If i was to get a mk3 dash, what would be the most expensive price to buy one because i dont wanna get ripped off :-\

yes it did have a height adjustable steering rack, but they reconned they could get another ?25 for it. he removed it from my support beam. After looking around all the mk3 dash swap articles I can find online I think I might need to go get that a bit quick. There's a small amount of welding to do too to get it to connect up to the mk2's pedals.

So far I've written 5 screens of my article on the swap. Just about getting the mk3 dash out and the electrics that need to be spliced between the 2 looms.

http://www.dizzie.biz/misc/mk3_dash_swap.txt ;D
(right click on it and "save target as..." you need to view in notepad with word wrap turned on until I convert it to a webpage)
Will be updated when I start pulling out the mk2's dash. I think I've covered where I'm up to so far.

Hmmmmm....well, as I am a girl, I only have cosmetic bits knocking around indoors....badges and the like.

Oh, and a corrado grille (even though I don't yet have a corrado).......
