Seat Toledo cross member
« on: 09 April 2006, 09:36 »
I've just stumbled across a Seat Toledo 2.0 16v on an L reg, and it's front cross member is the same as the Mk2, but.... it has a massive vibration damper welded to it. It looks like a OE fitment too, so I'm hoping that it'll clear my 4-branch, and reduce the vibration caused from having a solid engine mount fitted.

Have any of you guys come across this set-up before?

Thats the puppy, i've pulled it apart ready for blasting and checked the part no's and like you say Johnny it's the same part. Fingers crossed it'll work and not foul the manifold when fitted.
