Hiya all,

Dont know if anyone will know, but im looking for an Anniversary style exhaust or backbox, for my golf gti 1.8t 2001 model. Any ideas on where i can get one from?
Will the original Anniversary exhaust fit? If so how much are they, and where from?

Sorry for all the questions, just really want to see a twin exhaust on my car, without it sounding like an impreza, or looking like a boyed up saxo with a couple of bean cans hanging off the car.

the anni is a single exit exhaust mate. milltek do a replica which sounds nicer than the oem part, i think its cheaper too. you'll need to either cut your valance or get an anni one from vw, isn't the cheapest of parts since it comes primered ready for painting.

milltek do a twin pipe too, you can again either cut your valance or just get one from a 4motion.. £40 from vw. (i assume you mean twin pipes and not a dual exit like on R32's)

Sorry its the turbo twin exhaust, i got it wrong. I have seen some turbo gtis with twin exit exhausts, which look standard, was it the 180`s that had em? Thats the one i want, but not a load one, the original looks nice and its quiet.

and its not the r32 style i want, as they are expensive, and you need a new rear valance.

They were never fitted to any gti's as standard, you may be thinking of 4motions.

Here is an old pic of mine before i started debadging/colour coding stuff

milltek system with a 4motion valance, the kind of thing you're after ?
