The water tempreture warning light keeps flashing on, but the temp gauge sits dead in the middle?
The warning light flashes on when the mfa reads about 124.
any ideas?
just confused that the guage doesnt go into the red?

Is the coolant boiling up? , if not then just an electrical fault.

The mfa shows oil temp, the dial shows coolant temp. 124 does sound quite high for oil. Does it always go up that high?

i thought that the light flashes on the water temp gauge when the coolant level is too low. It may be worth checking your level when the car has cooled down one morning.
