its not that i cant find a bodyshop Ive just had enough of it for now guys, weel wait and see what happens. Planning to wait until i have some more enthusiasm to get it finshed.

Im sure it wont rust  :grin:

This thread and project has been absolutely incredible.  :cool:
To see the amount of dedication you have put into this car says a lot about you and I have to agree with the other ladies and guys.

Do not give up on the car. There is always a solution and Im really looking forward to seeing this car on 4 wheels and winning awards at the shows you take it to.

Keep us updated, That is one awesome car!

I thought that was this car. Does look good. Not a fan of the wheels though.

Same here. The bodywork and interior are stunning, just the wheels let it down. Bentley wheels for the sake of having bentley wheels imo.

i was convinced it was this as owner is from edinburgh to and has got an X5!!  maybe they all have mk 1 projects and x5 in scooootland.
