Thannks Gambit,

think I will get the 20mm Eibachs next month and fit them, C&R do them for ?109 not bad.

The car at the moment seems to be sitting high on the standard springs, higher than before I changed the shocks, is this normal?  One of the guys at VAG said it might be that the top nut s might have not been tightened enough, would this make a difference.

Cheers

if you've just changed them back then it'll take a week or two to settle down to its correct height

yeah the avg price is roughly around ?110 for the springs

at the mo, im running std 16v springs, raceland shocks & eibach ARB's

Eibach springs are next on my list once the  garage bill is cleared

i doubt i could go any lower than the eibachs as Isle of Man roads are terrible
