Best Inductionkit/Filter
« on: 23 February 2006, 16:01 »
Hey guys, first post! what is the Best Inductionkit/Filter for under £100? for a 1.8T golf. Are induction kits a nogo with this engine? I quite fancy
something that will make the turbo more audiable. Or is a panel filter best?

thanks

People will recommend a panel filter on the 1.8t, but if you want more noise then induction is the way forward.  There are loads for about £100, I got ram air on mine and it works fine

Just don't get a filter which is oil based, as this will eventually clog up your MAF sensor.
