TSW wheels bad warranty

Just to let you all know how bad  customer services TSW have i bought a set of Catalunya in 9 months ago and all the polished rim has pitted , so 3 weeks ago i sent them back to tsw under warranty work . only to get told today that they are stone chips and not pitting bizzare how all summer not 1 stone chip first sign of salt on the road and they pit . i have already been told by my local motor factor that a guy in tsw who has kayalami's on a bora's wheels have gone the same . So the long and short of it TSW Total sh*t Warranty maybe thats what the tsw stands for ..

 

 

let me know if you have any of these wheels and if you have had a similar problem

they are pretty stupid selling wheels with a bare alumnium lip, they pit if you dont look after them, simple as. im surprised they dont tell you this, like jeans that loose all their colour after the second wash

they have a laquar over the top, mine are still like new after 6/7 months! i do give the polished rim a once over with turtle wax every time i wash the car as i dont like water marks!

Car get washed weekly and so do the wheels quite thoroughly sometimes twice weekly dont use waxes as i have been told all waxes to is hold on to the grime and regular washing is all thats required

i got this stuff from the autosport show, its a sort of resin apparently  , will report on how good it is when i put the bbs back on

did u buy the wheels direct from tsw? that is crap, but veedubgti is right, with all wheels, we recommend an alloy wheel cleaning kit, need to be extra nice to them or they will pitt!

polished rims can be a nighmare to look after eventhough they look real cool
TSW are just being corporate tos****  they have sold the wheels and are not- now bothered about aftersales service
try and get hold of tsw head office have a good rant or even send a snotty letter but constructive
 but send it to someone like the financial director (cause they have a boring job and it might make there day doing something important )

I have TSW volcanoes on me polo, and theyve only gone sh!tty in the places where ive kerbed them
