sorry but that's a load of c0ck .. cant be registered as german.

i know they're supposed to be tightening up on these regulations, and increasing the fine from £30 to £60. something to do with the fact it farks up the automated numberplate recognition cameras... a lot of people will still risk it though no doubt.

lol The guy didn't even own a vw anyways.. Never listen to a peugeot driver lol

Also is there anything you can buy that you can just swop them over quickly? Like some sort of carrier?

Velcro strips?  Good call.  Although you would have to watch out for theiving gypsies. No offence to any gypsies on the site. 

I think i am going to take the risk and get some plates.

Could do with one of them revolving number plate things like James Bond. Hmmmm......

hehehe thats always a bonus! I got away with driving my mates car with no insurance once  :rolleyes: just told me to look after it lol

Dosn't velcro stop working when its wet.. ? Never thought bout theives.. I don't think I would get hassled much anyways!

got velcro on my number plates and it works fine, even in the harshest of Welsh winter rain  :grin: :grin:

as long as you put strips top & bottom and both sides then it should be fine  :smiley:

got a strip of it from Dunelm Mill - its a textile place in case you've not heard of it

failing that any other textile place should stock it - its quite cheap and means you don't have the screws ruining the look of your number plates  :cool:
