ha ha, thanks!! but i think if i wasnt keeping the car they would of given me more. to be honest i think i am just going to take there offer, 500 was more than i was expecting to be honest.
But i went home yesterday fuming at the guys comments.
for comparison my 4door Freg GTI 8valve was nicked and burnt out also in pretty good nick no P/S manual windows 135000 miles and they paid me £1200 so i think they are taking the pee 
thats alright, what did you say the value of the car was when you insured it?
