MK2 Roof Bars - Do They Exist?

well the ones i got from halfrords cos me 90 quid.they held four 6ft kiaks no problem tight as you like after i tied them on for the second time!lolbut yea theyre wicked strong brakets with locks to stop it easliy being taken.cant fault it.

Are the ones your got the Thule ones that Organisys mentioned? I looked on their website and they do some for £90 and are stocked at Halfords, so presumed they are the same ones.............

they are the ones dude i would ring to confirm cos they are twits and dont know what they have and havent got!

My Thule ones bolt on with a 12/14 mm bolt (can't remember which) then a plate goes over the bolt head, with a little lock on it.

Oh yeah FFS DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT get ones 'MADE' by 'PADDY HOPKIRK' They appear to be made of rust from the factory.
