grind grind bump bump CV or something else??

Guys,

if  got this kinda grinding noise coming from the left had side of my car only when i move off or apply the accelerate on the go, i've had the wishbones replaced new suspension and cv joint in the last week, any idea's what could of gone wrong?

Personally i would check over all the work myself to make sure its been done right. Something may be loose or even on the wrong way round or something daft like that.

Or take it back to the place that did the work and get them to sort it.

cheers for the reply, this noise was there before the work as done, i just had all those parts changed hoping one would cure the fault, however i'm running out of money and ideas, is there away i can tell if my bearing have gone on that side?

Yeah jack that corner up and see if the wheel has excessive play by hand. Also spin it and see if it makes a grinding noise/feeling.

cool, i'll give that a go tonight, i thought though i would be able to hear the grinding noise all the time when the wheels are spinning not just when accelerate, could a mount cause such a sound when the engine turn's due to force of acceleration?

Possibly? To test your mounts. Put y handbrake on tight and put the care in 1st and Reverse. Then rock on and off the cluth with some revs and see if the engine tries to climb out the engine bay. May need 2 people for this!
