The flip side is of course apart from being hard to book into (they are all currently dealing with a major recall for several vw models at once...) is that they will try to tell you that your brakes, tyres and god knows what else need replacing and pressure the hell out of you to agree to it.
so true... had my mother in law's new t-roc serviced last month, all the usual stuff but they did ring her, asking her whether it was alright to also change both front blade wipers for something like 100 quid, i believe she must still not know how to operate those wipers so it's a miracle how parts need changing from new even if they have not been used
