"Poverty spec" is pretty well specced as standard, The "Carbon" variant adds about 12 pieces of carbon trim around the bodywork (that would otherwise be black gloss - I prefer the black gloss) and some overly fussy wheels that hide the massive front discs, and will set you back an extra £4k RRP. £4k for a Halfords makeover? No thanks.
Brand new in stock standard spec RS3s with metallic paint can be had for about £54k if you shop around on Auto trader within new cars.
