Perplexing.
If you can hear the fans at max then the air is either coming out of the windscreen vents, the footwell vents, or at high fan speeds the air pressure is blowing the hoses/ducting off and the cold air is vanishing into the voids under the dash. That’s just guesses mind.
Does the cabin actually get cooler at max aircon set to Lo?
