Exhaust Tips

Has anyone upgraded the exhaust tips on a standard on GTI exhaust?
Potentially have the opportunity to get some welded on, so could cut the standard tips off and replace with something bigger, nicer.
Thinking 4'' tips.
Any recommendations?

I've 4in titanium and carbon fibre tips on my GTI but they're from an exhaust change. Is your golf a mk7 or a mk7.5? As the mk7.5 aren't far away from 4in, must be about 3.75in.

I have a full Cobra Sport Exhaust with 4 inch tips and they IMO fill the space nicely.

I do like them, but just think they are very expensive.
My brother, fingers crossed, should be able to get new tips welded on, so should be much cheaper.
I just need to find the tips, that I like....

They are crazy expensive for what they are but cheaper than new back box or welding new ones on (if you cant do it yourself)
