Do mk8 rubber mats fit in mk7.5?

Hey just a question, do the mk8 rubber mats (with the white Golf lettering on them) fit in a mk7.5? Has anyone tried them?

No experience of the rubber mats but I know the carpet mats from the 8 fit the 7.5.

Yep they fit, would recommend trimming off the sections they advise you to cut.
