Oil temperature?

Dealer filled with 0w20 at the last service 6 weeks ago.

That is the wrong oil, 5w30 or 0w30 but not 0w20.

Ah yes, the oil spec did change in the late 7.5s, should tell you the correct grade in your handbook, or ive seen mentioned a sticker on the engine or in the engine bay??

508 or 509 spec is 0w/20 though??

508 or 509 spec is 0w/20 though??

Handbook says if you have a gpf then 508 with 504 as an alternative depending on fuel specification (lower grade fuel in some countries) so 0w20 is correct. Still under warranty so not going to mess about with oil grades.

VW roadside assistance visited and used a multimeter on the sensor which was faulty but could not work out why no error code. Hope that is the end of it?!

Hopefully that'll be the end of it. 

Just to give you an idea i got stuck in traffic this afternoon at about 3:30pm, for about 20 mins or so, and my oil temp went up to 106 degrees c i think.
