A quick search came up with this
https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=gynaecologists+south+east+London&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-gb&client=safari but I’m not sure if many of those places use that type of software to detect issues with your vag.
Or did you mean VAG mechanic?

There are a lot of helpful people on here and probably some that have their own software in that geographic area that might be able to help at a lot less cost depending on what the issue is.
Most of the big VAG indies will have at least VCDS grade software and many will have far more advanced stuff. Even many backstreet garages have VCDS these days or at the very minimum they’ll have generic OBD 11 readers.
If you perhaps posted up the actual issue then possibly you could get some good pointers on here of who would be the best in that specific field.
