Just so people are aware I ordered the car in May, but so I heard today the car was actually already coming to the dealer as they must have ordered it as soon as they could. That said I’m not sure how it’s working TBH as it does seem random how people are getting their orders. Maybe it’s something to do with spec? Who knows.

Great to see cars actually coming through. Congratulations!

One quick question. I keep seeing videos where people are saying that you need to turn esc off as it seems to hold the car back. What are people’s thoughts?

Well... I've heard people say that about the gti... Personally I'm sticking to not stuffing it into a hedge... I did try for a short while, setting it to sport.. Not fully off. It does move around more for sure. Whether that's what you desire is up to you I guess.

It’s in great company there.

I actually considered an early Alfa Quadrifoglio or F80 M3, but I do love a hot hatch so the 45 was the sensible choice, the Alfa was a bit out of budget and you know one day the M3 would cost ££££ to repair.

Definitely does look great in standard white too. Didn't look right on configuration so I upgraded the colour. The blacks and reds stand out more against white. You might have answered this already but when did you order yours?
