Unfortunately not! Will ring the dealer tomorrow. Unless the codes are per car and mine hasn’t been applied for yet or come through, I’m struggling to understand why I’m being told January still, yet others are collecting theirs. 🤔 I’m led to believe it’s VW UK who apply for the code not the dealer

Spoke to VW directly about the codes since its something they apply for and not the dealers. Apparently its a code per car and it's issued once its confirmed there are no faults or recalls on the car or something along those lines. Car now been sat at the dealers for 10 days and counting......

It really is laughable how totally incompetent they are.  Every time i make contact with VWUK, they tell me to speak to my retailer, i then speak my retailer and he tells me he is waiting for codes from VWUK.

Another dealer not too far away has had a couple of GTIs delivered and they are available for collection straightaway, wonder if they'll match my current deal
