The steering wheels in the R-line cars are identical to those in the GTI / R barring badge differences.

I'd be interested in these however need to be careful as I believe that the R forum who organised a group buy got stung for import taxes and the items were held by customs. If you are struggling to attract 10 people then may I suggest that you might get quite a few folk from the R forum who would also be interested

There have been a few VWROC (R forum) S2T group buys over the last 2 years (it’s how I bought mine originally), and the latest one did get stung for import tax, but some earlier ones didn’t.  The one I bought on was setup slightly differently to some of later ones run by others on that forum so not sure if that made a difference.
