You can't get much faster than the shower rail. All I used to do was open one rear door and hold the rail in place and shut the door. Took about 10 seconds.

Were do you keep your hand when closning the door?!? . I  have to adjust the shower rail from the front seat to get it perfect. So no 10 sec for me 

I like the ide to have this always in the car. But i know it is maybe a waste of money..

Yes that is a way  . This solution is great, i may stick to it anyway..
