My 2014 Golf GTD has the standard Nav (not the big screen one) and has a cable supplied to connect my iPhone, this is the non-usb cable, as my car was prior to the USB socket.
This all worked fine on my iPhone 6s. But now I have the 7 I get "iPod Error" when I connect it a certain way, and "iPod Error" a lot of the time when it is rotated the other way. It is basically very temperamental.
Has anyone come across this issue before?
Is there a way to stream via bluetooth? It is only for podcasts I use it.
