My only gripe is that they offer the brescias on the 7.5 and they have styled it a bit more like the clubsport but I don't think it bothers me..  I don't like the new std GTi wheels much prefer the Austins personally but otherwise quite like the new styling.

I have heard these comments about AID and if it looks slightly low res now imagine in 3 years ?!  Much prefer standard dials to be honest.  Sweeping indicators no thanks, absolutely hate them.

There are of course a couple of giveaways on the Cs - the clubsport logo and in mine at least, the clubsport seats

If they offered these seats as an option on the 7.5 I would have been very annoyed !

I have a number of issues with the new GTI and I've mentioned these to my wife as she is looking to order one for  September delivery.
The main issue is the standard Parker 18'' alloys. These are really ugly wheels in my opinion and it seems as if VW are trying to claw some money back by offering such a sh!t standard wheel and almost forcing customers to opt for the optional 19''wheels.
I'm also not a fan of the giant glossy  black centre console/ dust magnet. This will be a mass of swirls within a month unless you literally just blow it clean.
I did like the significantly larger exhaust tips though.
I can't comment on the digital display because the car I sat in wasn't switched on but it looks a bit rubbish when the engines off : )
My wife will not care about any of this so I'll have one on my drive come September no doubt.

I agree the white silver is stunning. If the government hadn't changed salary sacrifice a CS or a 7.5 GTI would be on order. Now it's hybrid

Good job we don't all like the same thing or it'd be a boring world.

Sweepy indicators I absolutely love. I'd only had my GTD a few months when Audi introduced those. I've never had such a rush of new car envy ever! I noticed Ford Mondeos have them on the front now too.

Peugeot has had them for years on the 308 GT too.

I'm wondering how long before Audi change them. Bit like when Audi started individual leds in a row as drl's and everyone copied them and they then moved to a solid lines.

Never has there been such as waste of the R&D budget as someone saying the world really needs sweeping indicators !!

Audi R8 yes they looked cool years ago.

There is one good thing though, many more audi drivers are indicating before overtaking just to show if this proud feature, thereby improving road safety in high audi concentration cities
