Roof aerial.

Ok.. maybe Wolfsburg Kuka roof aerial robots had a bad day or I'm just weird but I seem to be missing something. I've left this for a while,checking other MK7's but I can't find one the same.



Google is no help. I had an issue with my Edition 30 fin aerial wotsit and the dealer said it should'nt have one. The signal is received thru the rear screen and insisted the previous owner retro fitted one. But I can't seem to find another MK7 without one.

Its a 2015 PP.

Mine hasn't either apparently it for the sat nav which I haven't got.

As others have said, the sharkfin is only for cars with factory nav, advanced phone or auxiliary heater.

I fitted a sharkfin to my ED30, no. 728. Did it pass through your hands? The sharkfin caused the radio to loose AM radio, was that your problem?

Cars with Composition Media (no Sat Nav) don't get a shark fin antenna. The radio aerial is built into the rear window defroster. The roof aerial is for GPS signal.
