Is that a lotus under the red cover? Love your garage.

Unfortunately that isn't my garage, but the storage unit where I'm getting PPF / Ceramic coating applied. I couldn't believe it when I found the plate, perfect fit!

When I was deciding on the GTD I had a look on the dvla website and they had VW17 GTD on it for £750 but by the time I had decided I was going to get a GTD the plate was gone.

The GT17 plates are great for anyone buying a GTI this year. Can probably still get most initials on DVLA. Have you collected your new car yet?

No problem, all you do is click on 'share' at the bottom right corner of the image in photobucket, choose 'get links' then when they appear copy and paste the 'IMG' code into your post.

Yes Watts is correct just copy and paste the IMG link from the right hand side of your pic on photobucket and bobs your uncle...

The GT17 plates are great for anyone buying a GTI this year. Can probably still get most initials on DVLA. Have you collected your new car yet?

Cheers Watts...I'm fairly sure that is what I tried the 2nd or 3rd time. Perhaps something to do with being on a Mac? Either way, will try and get some more pics up when it's been PPF'd and fully detailed. You can't tell, but it is very grubby in these pics.

Great looking car, congratulations! But... did you complain to the dealer about not parking it straight for your collection?!  .

Love the tartan seats in your car. The only minor gripe I have with the CSS is it doesn't feature the iconic GTi Tartan interior.

That was the least of my complaints. If you want tartan seats I can do you a swap
