Yea ... it's interesting how they don't PPF the headlamps - something to do with MOT I believe ...?

Quite possible that it will affect beam focus on the headlight housing, might not quite be as transparent as the casing itself.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

I got my GT4 done with PPF and protected with gtechniq before pick up - the cost was £3200 I think ... expensive but worth it - it cleans with just a blast from the Jet washer with the gtechniq coating - Here's the GT4 getting done ...

Thanks for your kind words ... The GT4 is a beautiful car and with the Gards red and Satin black makes a nice combination 😍
I agree the Golf pales into insignificance next to the GT4 but still a great car in its own right and just as collectible - after all there are around 2000 GT4's in the world and only 400 CS-S so will be interesting to see which car holds onto its value better ...???!

All I can say is enjoy them all, especially that beautiful GT4

Quite possible that it will affect beam focus on the headlight housing, might not quite be as transparent as the casing itself.

Clunky plastic headlamp protectors don't seem to affect MOT.
I wonder if heat affects the PPF, the laser lights might be a special case.

I had the lights done on my old Pork, it's also on my FGT and there's no issues at all with MOT
