Thanks guys, I think the pedal box sounds right for me, can I ask how your insurance felt about it ? as it obviously does not increase the power output but would be classed as a performance mod. And will it effect my gap policy if fitted ?

My insurance company didn't have a clue what it was so just made a note on the policy that it had been fitted.
I've no idea on how the gap insurance would look at it, never gave that a thought!

My insurance company (DirectLine) didn't know what it was either, so I explained and it was added to the policy, which reduced by £1.80, lol.  The guy that dealt with it thanked me for enlightening him and said he was off to research if such a thing existed for motorbikes as his bike throttle response was rubbish.  :grin:

How much are these pedal boxes and what one is designed for the GTI PP ?

It says save £50 online but the code GTD80 should work on there still which will save you £80 bringing it to £149 ish plus postage.
