Hi all just a quick one really, with the headlights switched off on my 1999 mk4 golf GTI (AGU engine code, half FIS display) when i flash the headlights by pulling back on the stalk i can haear what must be the lighting relay "buzzing" whilst the lights remain illuminated however as soon as i switch on the lights and flash them or push the stalk forward to make the main beams stay on there is no buzzing sound. I'd assume it was a faulty relay but then i dont understand why it doesnt do it with the lights switched on, any ideas?
