I'm afraid this issues happens even on perfect roads as long as they have camber. And nowadays almost any road has a bit of camber.

Surely it will pull on a cambered Road as one wheel will be led by the curv in the road. A little bit like if you get a wheel stuck in a rut the car wants to go that way.
