hey steve how do? with the throttle switch ideally you want to hear it click as close to the first movement of the linkage. mine has about half mil before the click. its a bit of a balancing act :smiley:

Digifants all suffer this to an extent.

I was fortunate to have an AmD remap on mine back in the day & it cured it.

A check of front/gearbox mounts for excessive play is worth it as drivetrain shunt will obviously exaggerate the problem.

Is it always on light throttle on/off? The airflow meter tracks can also wear giving a dead spot that can manifest itself as a jerk/hesitation on/off throttle...
